Harbour Plaza Hotel embarked on a comprehensive rebranding project to elevate its image to a 5-star standard, renaming itself Harbour Grand Hong Kong. The new hotel property, situated in North Point alongside the harbour, required a bold rebranding effort to position it as a premium luxury hotel.
It was remarkable. The hotel's reputation and appeal to high-end customers significantly improved, solidifying its position as a top-tier luxury hotel in Hong Kong.

The exercise started with transforming "Dare Bigger" into a compelling value proposition "憑堅韌 勝大任" that appealed to the right target market.
A rebranding project was undertaken to establish Silentnight as a premium sleep brand in Mainland China. A new brand proposition "安睡・無價" was developed that emphasized the importance of quality sleep and its priceless value. A comprehensive rebranding strategy was created, including thematic images, website, and shop design that showcased the brand's unique identity. The goal was to position Silentnight as a premium sleep brand, offering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences.
In a strategic move to enter the young segment market, Fuqi Int'l acquired Temix, a medium-priced jewelry brand in Mainland China. The acquisition was a key step in Fuqi's strategy to list on the Nasdaq stock exchange, and rebranding Temix was a critical component of this process. A comprehensive rebranding initiative was undertaken to elevate Temix's appeal globally. The effort was well-received by Temix's young target audience, and simultaneously, Fuqi achieved its goal of listing on Nasdaq.
